Job Description

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols, including roadside safety, safety standards, certifications, and training. Act as a supportive resource for leadership, providing recommendations and insights to enhance safety initiatives. Identify gaps in safety practices and take ownership in addressing these areas. Candidates should reflect on past experiences where they recognized and acted upon gaps. Facilitate the development of safety programs and continuously improve processes and procedures. Conduct safety inspections and remain up-to-date on OSHA requirements and reporting obligations. Provide training sessions and ensure that the North American Market (NAM) is well-informed on OSHA regulations and reporting. Exhibit a passion for safety by taking initiative, monitoring progress, and holding others accountable.

If candidates live within 36 miles of a company location, they must go into the office 2 days per week, with Wednesday being the only mandatory day. Otherwise, remote work is allowed.
