Job Summary:
The Implementation Analyst is responsible for operational tasks associated with health and welfare plans in compliance with plan provisions and should have the ability to function well in a high-paced and dynamic environment. The Analyst assists in maintaining participant data, client data, testing system functionality, reviewing third party interface along with Analysis, Configuration and Testing of the H&W systems/tools.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• The Implementations Analyst has deep technical knowledge, creates analysis, System configuration, file creation, technical documentation, and testing.
• Coordinate and implement processes with the Technology/Implementations Manager for new and ongoing Health and Welfare Administration business on Milliman’s propriety Health and Welfare system.
• Implementations Analyst creates and manages new and ongoing Interfaces based on the client requirements.
• Analyze system bugs or new system development requests to provide technology support and solutions, data maintenance, and reporting.
• Develops and executes integrated systems and testing strategy.
• Reviews client requirements performs gap and/or impact analysis, and delegates as data, foundation, and systems analysis to prepare for service specific cloning and configuration; focuses on high-level and complex analysis.
• Identify, analyze, and assist in executing improvements to any processes and procedures
• Responsibilities may focus more heavily on requirements, configuration, and/or testing based upon abilities and needs
• Creates and helps the team in creating Standard operating procedures
• Development and maintenance of inhouse tools
• Precise Technical documentation including Gap analysis
• Maintenance and up-to-date Regression Test Plans
• Deployment Plan Execution
• System abend monitoring and production cleanup
Required Skills & Attributes:

Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience into Defined Benefits administration
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• High integrity and discretion to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive client data
• Certifications in US Benefits would be an added advantage
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Team player and actively contributes to their group in order to complete tasks or meet goals
• Proficiency with respect to all computer systems used in the performance of daily tasks
