PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Visit at several active clients every working day and complete the work report on the same day.
2. New customer contract signings according to company requirements per fiscal year
3. In charge of customer satisfaction improvement, customer retention, contract renewal, profit
improvement through PIP/ME, productivity improvement, new signings to growth business.
4. Increasing marketing share and try to grasp a certain amount of market share in local BHY
market.
5. As the frontline reps, filed sales has responsibility to support company by collecting and
feedbacking to management on market dynamics including but not limited to competitors move,
segment trend and others.
6. Sales of daily account management to build good customer relationship and get new signing from
customer expansion projects.
7. Monitor and manage DSO and improve collection of accounts managed.
8. Get leads and referrals from existing accounts to help grow business for both LB and other
product lines and MFOs.
9. Support administration work of strategic accounts in the area.
10. Input accurate related prospect, hot prospect, lost report, segment info into CRM in time to help
company to analyze market trend.
11. Collect competitor’s intelligence.
12. Work as mentor to new sales as buddies.
13. Provide report to sales manager on volume/price, productivity achievement of existing
accounts and segment highlights feed backed by customers and market competition.
14. Other job assigned by manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
College degree or University education (in business or technical area preferred an engineering,
finance, marketing and/or management discipline.
2. Work Experience
At least 3 years of progressive commercial experience in multinational companies.
Experience in related electronics materials and rare gas business experience would be a strong plus.
3. Skills
Sales, commercial and negotiation skills - good coordination and interpersonal skills – excellent
problem solving ability - strong communication skills.
4. Qualities
Strong commitment to the job and desire to win - good team player and can work both independently and as a team member always with constructive suggestions - Result focused demonstrate ability to reach goals, accountability for results.
5. Problem solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to plan a comprehensive assessment of needs, objectives, facts, etc.
