H2R Senior Process Specialist (Recruiting&Learning SAP Solution Design)
**THE POSITION** Joining our company, you will gather an overview of the GBS Enabling Services Organization with a particular focus on the tasks and responsibilities from Demand to Deploy, evaluating process & system change request, proposing solutions and taking the necessary steps to implement them to the template. You are working in a globally operating team that designs, builds and continuously improves Boehringer Ingelheim’s global Processes, using agile principles, methods and tools on a daily basis. You will be qualified to contribute to a cross-functional team, and as a H2R Process Senior Specialist you will be able to coordinate and propose solutions within the Demand Management process, as well as actively take part of Change and Release Management for H2R. **Tasks & responsibilities** + As Demand to Deploy H2R Senior Process Specialist you work in cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous improvement of our standardized processes in global projects + Based on your strong expertise in design and/or configure SuccessFactors modules with focus on Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and HR Document Management; you evaluate process and system change request and develop proposals in collaboration with stakeholders + You participate to the SuccessFactors Releases, ensuring that all required tasks are performed in time and quality + You ensure the compliance of our processes and systems + You manage the execution and documentation of testing and training activities + Based on strong communication skills, you manage stakeholder interactions successfully and define the level of standardization for our processes and / or systems + You are familiar with working in projects and being measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to strive for continuous improvement measures. **About our future employee** + Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Business Administration, IT or similar + Work experience of at least 4 years with a profound knowledge in Hire to Retire relevant cloud and backend applications, such as SuccessFactors, OpenText, Degreed, Workday, or SAP HCM. + Ideally experience in design and/or configuration of SuccessFactors modules with the focus on Recruitment, Onboarding, or Learning Management. + Experience in at least some of the following: gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SuccessFactors configurations, writing specifications, testing, bringing changes to production and post go live support. + Good technical skills and technical affinity to systems like SuccessFactors Recruiting/Learning/Onboarding needed. + Process Management experience with lean methods and / or consulting background would be an advantage + Strong analytical capabilities and proven problem-solving competence for complex challenges. + Dedicated team player with good communication skills, and a structured way of working + Fluent in English for an efficient communication with international colleagues All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to a person’s actual or perceived race, including natural hairstyles, hair texture and protective hairstyles; color; creed; religion; national origin; age; ancestry; citizenship status, marital status; gender, gender identity or expression; sexual orientation, mental, physical or intellectual disability, veteran status; pregnancy, childbirth or related medical condition; genetic information (including the refusal to submit to genetic testing) or any other class or characteristic protected by applicable law.
