1. Should possess strong design and architecture skills. 

2. Ability to architect BD end to end solutions. 

3. Should have clear and strong hands on experience. 

4. Deliver solutions for using an Agile Development model 

5. Understanding and working to come up with solutions to problems, design and architect, Building and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver software 

6. Will involve constant interaction with client hence strong communication skills. 

7. Should be able to work on onsite/offshore model and should be able to drive things by self and work around issues and highlight and mitigate risks. 

8. Should be self-driven and innovative and provide technical guidance 

9. Strong documentation skills. 


DESIRED SKILL/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE 

1. At least 5+ years of solid experience in the software industry with strong experience in Big Data Technologies. 

2. Strong Expetise working in / Understanding of Big data a technologies with strong focus on Hortonworks. 

3. Strong knowledge of Kafka, Flume, Sqoop, Hive, Pig, Map Reduce, Spark, Storm with hands on experience - all or most of these. 

4. Solid technology expertise in J2EE and related technologies 

5. Strong Unix Scripting skills 

6. Be very comfortable with Agile methodologies 

7. Good knowledge of Data warehouse and BI technologies - Exposure to ETL and Reporting tools and appliances like Teradata. 

8. Excellent Communication Skills. 

9. Expertise in SQL databases (e.g. MySQL or Oracle) and strong ability to write SQL queries. 

10. Proven ability to lead a team of engineers. 

11. Ability to work in onsite/offshore model

· Selected candidates should bring their own laptops. They will work from customer location and will not be provided any desktop/laptop. 

· Contract-2-Hire is the plan 

· Candidates should be really genuine and having Hadoop knowledge as per JD. 

· Attaching tracker with candidate details who are already interviewed, check duplicates before submitting.

1. Profiles should not have been interviewed and rejected at T-Mobile in the last 6 months. 

2. Profiles should have strong references from their past projects and should have worked for good companies.

3. Technical due diligence should be done by vendors on the skillset of candidates through some internal panelists. If they need any information to do this we can help them. Panelist time is also important. They are in projects on production. 


NOTE: 

· Selected candidates have to bring their own laptops to work at client location. The configuration should be of 8 GB RAM, Windows 7 & above Professional Edition. Laptop/Desktop will not be provided at customer location. 

· The selected candidates will be on boarded on Contract-2-Hire agreement only. 

· Vendors to give confirmation that the candidates are pre-screened before submission. 

· Skype id to be provided mandatorily
