Our client, a leading manufacturer in the production industry, is seeking a Hand Finish - Production to join their team. As a Hand Finish - Production, you will be part of the production team supporting quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a steady hand, and a creative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Hand Finish - Production

Location: Mount Vernon, IL

Pay Range: $18/hour

What's the Job?

Utilize small hand tools to test and replace vents, ensuring quality standards are met. Engage in repetitive tasks that require precision and focus. Apply artistic skills in tasks such as tattoo application, painting, or woodworking. Reproduce intricate designs based on visual references. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

What's Needed?

No prior experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates. Ability to work on a sedentary basis for the duration of the shift. Familiarity with small hand tools and their applications. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. A creative mindset with an interest in artistic endeavors is a plus.
