This position is responsible for the manual processing of mailings. Utilizing the folding equipment to prepare the letters for insertion and gathering the correct materials to insert with corresponding letters. Check and confirm the quality of the product being produced.

Job Duties

Manually insert mailings with corresponding inserts, contracts and/or return envelopes into envelopes; ensuring all documents are correctly inserted in an efficient and timely manner according to specified instructions.

Utilizing a small table-top folding machine fold the sheets for mailings as either half-fold or 3-fold as depicted on EIP/job cover sheets.

Ensure that proper materials and components are selected and used for each job. Return unused materials and components to inventory after use.

Check the quality of the envelopes/mailings periodically for accuracy.

Provide and file reports to supervisors and management at the end of each shift for production. Some reports may require computer and website usage.

Comply with mailing out policies within the allotted timeframes, Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace.

Ensures members and insureds are provided with the timely mailing of their Insurance and Membership documents in a manner consistent with ACE member goals.

Provide legendary service to all internal business units to ensure member documents, payments, and inquiries are received and distributed efficiently.


Qualifications

High School GED

less than 1 year Fast-paced production environment

Computer literacy required.

Basic math skills required (production reports).

Strong time management, attention to detail, and organization skills.

Flexibility in work schedule to work overtime when needed is required.
