The base pay scale for this position is $110,410.18 - $130,397.68. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. Hand Therapy Fellowship | Occupational Therapy | HSS
The Hospital for Special Surgery Hand Therapy Fellowship for Occupational Therapists is a clinically-based training program for experienced occupational therapists seeking to specialize in hand therapy. The mission of the program is to provide the Hand Therapy Fellow with a comprehensive, structured program of clinical and didactic experiences for the development of advanced clinical reasoning and skills in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation.
The Hand Therapy Fellowship is a full-time, 10-month program. The Hand Therapy Fellow spends approximately 50% of their time in educational experiences including one-on-one mentoring, and 50% providing supervised patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy programCurrent OT licensure and registration in New York State or eligibility to attain them prior to start of fellowshipMalpractice insurance (minimum $1 mil per occurrence/ $3 mil aggregate)1 year of experience after graduation in an outpatient orthopedic setting with some experience in hand/upper extremity rehabilitationPreferred Qualifications:
