**Job Title: Handload Operator paying up to $23/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Handload Operator to join our team. This role involves performing Plated Through-Hole (PTH) prepping and handload operations. The position includes both day shift and swing shift schedules, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform PTH parts prepping + Perform handload parts onto PCBA + Execute change-over processes + Conduct first article processes + Complete end of kit processes + Conduct daily preventive maintenance on machines + Maintain 5S and discipline in the working station **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions + Proficiency in machine operating and assembly + Understanding of cable/wiring harness diagrams + Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Handload Operator or Prep Operator Lead in an electronics manufacturing environment + Attention to detail + Autonomy and sense of responsibility + Integrity in work performance **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards + Preferred knowledge of IPC-610 standards + Experience with SMT machines and through-hole technology + Ability to use hand tools and small automatic tools such as power screwdrivers, torque wrenches, cutting pliers, and prep machines **Why Work Here** Join our team to work in a supportive and dynamic environment that values precision, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
