**Job Description:** The Industrial Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks including drywall repairs, minor plumbing repairs, minor carpentry repairs, and general building upkeep. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance and repair work, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform drywall repairs including patching, sanding, and painting. + Conduct minor plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures. + Carry out minor carpentry repairs including door and window adjustments, and furniture repairs. + General building upkeep including cleaning, painting, and maintaining common areas. + Maintain a safe and clean work environment. + Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. + Collaborate with other maintenance staff and management to ensure efficient operations. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. + Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods. + Proficient in the use of hand and power tools. + Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. + Excellent problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime. + High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
