Job Description A maintenance and renovation client of Insight Global, is looking for a qualified Handyman to travel around Northern VA and complete maintenance work orders. This handyman will be responsible for a wide array of repairs utilizing knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge. Day to Day: Orders will be assigned for the handyman to inspect and troubleshoot issues at neighboring businesses and retail locations, once an assessment has been made, the handyman will relay the information to the dispatcher and receive approval for work to be completed. Duties may include:  Performing routine inspections of facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.  Responding to maintenance requests from clients, diagnosing issues, and completing repairs efficiently.  Fixing minor plumbing issues like leaky faucets, clogged drains, and toilet repairs.  Replacing light bulbs, batteries, and other small items as needed  Performing basic carpentry repairs like fixing doors, furniture, and trim  Patching walls and ceilings We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
