These are direct-hire openings. The pay rate is $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, hours may vary for work schedules.

Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of residential repair and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, drywall repair, and painting.
Conduct minor renovations and installations as needed.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within homes to determine the best course of action.
Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Proven experience in residential handyman work, with strong skills in carpentry, drywall, and painting.
Experience in tile work, plumbing, or electrical repairs is highly desirable.
Must have your own set of tools.
Reliable transportation; gas allowance provided if using your own vehicle.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Weekly tool allowance.
