Purpose:
As a Hard Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and caring for critical assets and systems and improving the utilities processes from a strategic point of view in the new MedTech Campus in Costa Rica (Epsilon Project), overseeing and optimizing resources and operations. Responsible for ensuring best-in-class operations, compliance with local regulations and JJ policies and standards, maximizing operational efficiency, offering reliable utility systems, and fostering strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
Proactively assesses and analyzes facilities and maintenance technologies, processes, and systems as a continuous improvement process. It uses state-of-the-art technology to optimize the life cycle of critical systems and process excellence tools.Performs safety and environmental operations to meet site requirements. Complete timely updates to the safety and environmental action plan.Leads the Critical Equipment Excellence Program. Implement best practices, factor performance metrics, and lead staff to exceed world-class performance in managing critical assets.Leads the facilities excellence program concerning best practices, performance metrics, and personnel across soft services, hard services, utility management, and capital expenditures.Estimate design and operational costs / forecasting / business plan regarding utilities, including equipment, installation, labor, materials, setup, and other related cost.Analyze the cost-benefit to replace or maintain assets.
