Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Hardware Design Engineer 5 to join their team. As a Hardware Design Engineer 5, you will be part of the Validation team supporting the silicon engineering systems. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Hardware Design Engineer 5
**Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite, 5 days a week)**
**Pay Range: $89-94 per hour**
**What's the Job?**
+ Support software developers with debugging efforts on FPGA prototyping platforms.
+ Assist with design effort testing to ensure functionality and performance.
+ Contribute to the preparations for the arrival of silicon and building prototyping systems.
+ Run tests to verify function and performance of the systems.
+ Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
+ 10+ years of overall experience in the field.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience with FPGA programming using Verilog - must have
+ Minimum 10 years of coding experience.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience with embedded microprocessor systems.
+ US Citizenship required
