They also troubleshoot design elements in order to productionize them. 1. R&D and Design (40%) • Design new product components and subunits • Collaborate in architecting future developments and product enhancements • Refines, and automates (where possible) testing and validation processes 2. Troubleshooting (35%) • Tier 3 troubleshooting of RMAs and Production Issues • Testing of hardware, fixing reliability issues, developing standard fixes, conducting field investigations, and mitigating field failures • Developing standard fixes, responding to customer’s questions, analyzing field failures, testing hardware, troubleshooting escalations and fixing reliability issues • Supporting production, and providing guidance and direction to ensure production team delivers high quality products 3.
