You will work closely with a team of experienced engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality products. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be crucial in driving innovation and continuous improvement within the hardware engineering function.
You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Program Manager and you'll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the design, development, and testing of hardware components and systems
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Conduct thoughtful troubleshooting of hardware issues
• Facilitate the development of test plans and procedures
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field
