Summary: Seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a team in designing and improving electronic systems for defense and intelligence products.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field Minimum of 5 years of experience Ability to lead experienced engineers Experience with customer funded programs and IRAD

Preferred Skills:

EE background: Experience in digital hardware design, interfaces, and architectures EE background: FPGA/VHDL development experience is a plus Experience with CCA and PCB development is a plus ME background: Experience in Ansys Analysis is a plus ME background: Knowledge of Mechanical Design using Inventor is a plus

Responsibilities:

Oversee and guide a team to meet goals, manage performance, and foster positive work environment Design, develop, and improve electronic systems or mechanical components/systems based on background Manage budget, cost, and schedule input for design assignments Drive program design to cost and design for manufacture requirements Support organization's mission, values, and culture

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year
