Top Skills' Details: + Three years of experience supporting hardware refresh projects. + Experience with hardware delivery and coordination with vendors. + Proficient in inventory management. + Three years of experience with Active Directory. Job Description: + Serve as the contact for hardware refresh projects. + Manage inventory, including assigning device names in Active Directory. + Add devices to an inventory management system. + Coordinate and communicate hardware delivery, schedule desktop installation. + Perform systems Installation Qualification (IQ) and implementation. + Handle high-level technical issues, complex problems, and escalations. + Update inventory management systems and SharePoint sites as necessary. + Attend project meetings and provide status updates. + Assist the project team with technical issues related to hardware implementation. + Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to quality standards.
