Hardware Support II
Our Client, an Energy Services company, is looking for a Hardware Support II for their Grand Rapids, MI location. Responsibilities: + Installation / decommission of infrastructure hardware including servers and network equipment in both MDF of field sites and data centers. + Provide Hands and Feet support for all hardware equipment. + Conduct daily maintenance and reporting. + Coordinate with Vendors for maintenance and escorts. + Maintain infrastructure lifecycle & equipment inventory. + Problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution for workstation Hardware and Software under time constraints. + Must be willing to learn about the clients' business and processes. + Support new distributed Application projects and operations. + Prepare business and technical documentation. + Tasks associated with the identification, deployment, and support of Infrastructure technologies to support business requirements. + Coordinates with users to determine requirements, analyze business problems, identify technology options, and define detailed specifications of technology solutions. + Applies analytical skills to design, implement and support medium sized projects or portions of larger projects.
