YOUR TASKS  

 

Build and configure server racks for data centers as part of the rack-and-stack business, adhering to production schedules and addressing issues impacting completion timelines (COTP/COTD) Conduct verification and technical quality checks for returned hardware products to ensure they meet standards Configure appliances, including updating BIOS settings, performing firmware updates, and installing hardware components (NIC, HDD, Memory, etc.) Assemble rack cabinets, perform cable looming, and set up network environments for testing and PXE activities Manage customer POC/Evaluation returns, including inspections, asset tagging, manifest creation, and processing into finished goods Participate in internal and external customer meetings to provide updates and support continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and efficiency

 

YOUR PROFILE 

 

Experience in testing, imaging, and configuring appliances, ideally in a high-tech server configuration environment Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP/production planning systems Proven ability to troubleshoot appliances and devices effectively A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative Strong knowledge of the English language for effective communication A dedication to excellence in quality, productivity, and adherence to safety standards
