Job DescriptionResponsible for completing test engineering tasks critical to new product development and maintenance of our existing products. This individual contributor role will be a key participant in the Product Realization Process as part of the Test Engineering Team.
Principal Responsibilities:
Responsible for thermal qualification testing of all Lancaster Video Systems productsCreate test plans and reportsConduct corrosion testing on products/sample partsMaintain lab equipment, supply inventory, and a neat working environment in the thermal test labConduct annual calibration of thermal test lab equipmentPerform shock and vibration testingActively participates in continuous improvement initiativesThis role requires in-office presence; candidates must live within a commutable distance to Lancaster, PA site. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalentAble to read and understand technical drawings such as schematics, parts lists, and PCB artworkExperience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, multi-meters, power metersExcellent soldering skills including small surface mount componentsBasic network experiencePreferred Qualifications:
