Develop and execute comprehensive component and system level test plans for high voltage power electronics including EVSEs, Onboard Charger, inverter, DC-DC, and High Voltage BMS. Design, troubleshoot and maintain End of Line (EOL) testers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product requirements, hardware validation and failure analysis. Lead homologation test planning and execution. Mentor and work with junior engineers and technicians
