Job Title: Hardware Validation EngineerJob Description The Hardware Validation Engineer will be a member of the hardware validation team with responsibilities for the test and validation of the analog, digital, and embedded sub-systems for products. This will require close cooperation with the design, validation, and test automation teams. You will work at the integrated circuit and product systems level. Responsibilities + Work with design teams to develop validation plans. + Execute hands-on validation in a lab environment. + Perform manual test setups using common lab equipment. + Run automated testing using various test platforms and test suites. + Review and analyze test reports to identify design or test setup issues. + Perform functional verification of electrical subsystems. + Debug and tune custom hardware. Essential Skills + Hardware test + Validation + Hardware verification + Oscilloscope usage + Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Perl, Shell Script) Additional Skills & Qualifications + Understanding of communication protocols: I2C, SPI, UART buses + High-speed electrical signal characterization + Experience with audio, video, cameras, and power supplies Work Environment The role involves working in a lab environment.
