Harness Assembler
**Job Title: Harness Technician** **Job Description** Identify necessary equipment to perform assigned operations. Assemble components into electrical assemblies per specification by following work instructions. Perform assembly, inspection, documentation, and shipment activities according to defined work instructions and quality procedures. Utilize common tools such as crimpers wire strippers, voltmeters, etc.,. Operate dependably under minimal supervision. Quickly identify and escalate any non-conformance, quality, or safety issues to the Manufacturing Manager/Supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. This role requires sufficient personal mobility and physical ability, including extended periods of standing or sitting. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting may be required. Check the quality of the work done by others and provide technical opinions to employees needing assistance with resolving technical issues. Check the quality of your own work. Maintain daily goals and targets for production. Report all production/assembly mistakes or defects in workmanship to your supervisor as they occur. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is able to become familiar with assembly procedures and proper protocols.
