Job Description Maintain and track records regarding training, qualifications, attendance, bids and etc.Possess strong communication skillsAuditing product specifications, operational practices, PQC programs, Food Safety programsSupport the Supervisor on process of pre and post Shift activities Insure standardized work is followed Facilitate small group activities (PPE Training, Quality Issues, etc.)Insure employees have all the right equipment and supplies to do their jobsDay to day mentoring of employees in the small groupsEmployee will be expected to fulfill other tasks that are assigned by management.
