What you'll be doing as a Harvest Worker: * Directing and maintaining truck traffic to scale (weigh) and dump pit. * Maintain strong attention to detail and quality. Outside work, dress for weather, cold, hot, rain etc. * Ensuring proper storage conditions to maintain grain quality, such as controlling temperature and moisture levels. * Keeping detailed records of the quantity and quality of grain received, stored, and shipped. * Maintaining inventory records Available shifts:  Shift Timings :1st Shift (Day) , 2nd Shift (Evening) , Weekends Day shift 7am – 7pm Monday – Saturday – Sunday 12pm – 5pm. Hours subject to change Job requirements: * Must commit to entire project of 6-8 weeks * Significant Overtime is available – including required Saturdays and Sunday shifts (12-5pm) * Lifting, standing, shoveling, and emptying grain trucks, outside work around grain elevator – conditions can be dusty and dirty, dress for weather * With overtime during peak harvest – potential earnings can be in excess of $1100 per week * Directing and maintaining truck traffic to scale and dump pit. * Maintain strong attention to detail and quality. * Other tasks as assigned by site manager * Outside work, dress for weather, cold, hot, rain etc. * No background or DT required * Some hands-on experience with farming operations, grain handling, or working in a grain elevator, but willing to train. * Paying attention to detail. * Time Management: Ability to handle peak seasons and long hours during harvest efficiently.
