Must be able to work in temperature up to 100 degrees in setters, there is overhead fans in the setters circulating the air however. Must be able to climb a ladder at times carrying about 15 lbs (?) weight of a 1/15 HP motor with blower wheel attached.

The must climb stairs around back of the hatchery onto the roof once every month to clean filters and wash out A/C units. Any time we have problems with a A/C unit they go on the roof to make necessary repairs.
Ladders are used whenever needed. Cooling blowers and hatchery control panels that need to be worked on require ladders. Also replacing filters inside the hatchery. Turning on switches sometimes requires ladders.
