**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Safely operate haul units to transport materials to designated areas within the plant.
+ Conduct regular inspections and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure peak performance.
+ Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations and meet production goals.
+ Respond to and report safety issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.
+ Adhere to all company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Proven ability to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, such as haul units.
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills for a collaborative work environment.
+ Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following protocols.
+ Physical capability to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and navigating rugged terrain.
+ Adaptability to changing work conditions and schedules.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

+ $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.
