Environmental Services Provider - Denver, CO ($25-27) Position Overview: This role involves providing operational support for environmental mitigation efforts. Candidates should be able to handle emergency hazardous materials situations and use specialized equipment under supervision. Job Responsibilities: + Work with Environmental Emergency Response Teams on transportation, fixed facility, and site remediation projects. + Ensure work meets specifications and safety procedures. + Follow health and safety protocols, including safe lifting, personal protective equipment, and chemical labeling. + Communicate issues to the Project Manager. + Understand and follow MSDS protocols for chemicals. + Perform daily vehicle safety and maintenance inspections. + Maintain attention to detail and comply with safety procedures. + Decontaminate equipment or sites to remove hazardous substances. + Prepare hazardous waste for disposal. + Use proper lifting techniques and protect customer belongings. + Provide excellent customer service. + Work under time constraints to meet deadlines. + Be available to work nights and weekends as needed and travel periodically. + Report time worked and equipment used accurately. + Attend required operations and safety training courses. must have a 40 hazwopper certificate **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
