This internship provides hands-on experience in the field of civil engineering, offering exposure to real-world transportation projects while developing essential technical and professional skills. Responsibilities: + Assist with the review and processing of driveway and encroachment permits. + Participate in construction inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. + Work closely with district and resident engineers on assigned tasks and projects. + Complete tasks requiring attention to detail, time management, and strong communication skills. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: + Background or coursework in Civil Engineering or related field(s). + Proficiency in computer applications and strong communication skills. + Willingness to learn and adapt to fieldwork and office tasks.
