Position Details Enterprise System Testing and Performance (ESTP) Intern + Responsibilities: + Execute manual test cases for citizen-facing applications. + Perform tool migration data validation. + Analyze data to ensure accuracy and integrity during testing. + Preferred Skills/Experience: + Strong attention to detail. + Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). + Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques. Application Intelligence, Analytics, and Standards (AIAS) Intern + Responsibilities: + Conduct data mining and transform insights into actionable presentations. + Use Power Business Intelligence (BI) for data visualization and reporting. + Preferred Skills/Experience: + Proficiency in data analytics. + Experience with Power BI or similar tools. Professional Development + Both positions will help develop the following soft skills: + Business etiquette and professional communication. + Effective email correspondence. + Managing and processing large volumes of information. Preferred Technical and Professional Skills: + Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. + Experience with SharePoint applications or websites. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Effective written and verbal communication abilities. + Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve processes.
