Cyber Security Analyst Expert: HBSS/Trellix ePO Administrator/Engineer

Seeking a Senior ePO HBSS/ESS Administrator to help manage our HBSS centric IT Security Systems.

Person in this role will perform following types of functions:

Independently provides technical interpretation and solutions in the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures.Troubleshoots system hardware and software specific issues.Trains end users on the proper use of hardware and software.Performs software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.Monitors and tunes the system to achieve optimum performance levels.Ensures workstation/server data integrity by implementing standard software and hardware solutions.Independently ensures data/media recoverability by following a schedule of system backups and database archive operations.Conducts hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.Ensures that performance and security of computers meet the needs of network users.Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.May evaluate existing systems and assist with planning long-term strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: BA/BS (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree), DoD 8570/8140 IAT II baseline, DISA ESS courses (ESS 201, 301, 501), and CND-SP Infrastructure Support certifications (i.e.- CEH, CySA+, etc.).Required Experience: 10+ years of total IT experience and 3+ years of HBSS/ESS heavy experienceRequired Technical Skills: Administrator or Engineer level experience in Trellix full suite productsSecurity Clearance Level: Must have a current US SECRET Clearance with the ABILITY to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.Required Skills and Abilities: solid written/oral communication, problem solving, and troubleshooting skillsLocation: On Customer SiteUS Citizenship Required
