Job Purpose


The Media and Commerce Deputy Manager role for the Home Care category in Indonesia comes at an exciting time where the aim to land Social First thinking hinged on the marketing philosophy of Culture that Converts for iconic Indonesian brands such as Sunlight, Rinso, Molto, Wipol, Vixal and Super Pell. 


Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in driving strategic digital and traditional media plans to ensure our brands are visible throughout the consumer’s journey. This role will be responsible forplanning impactful media plans and executions that make Home Care brands highly relevant in culture that persuades them to buy.

Data-driven strategic thinkers and excellent communicators that are passionate about the digital space who can tell impactful stories with data are most preferred. This role requires strong leadership to influence cross-functional teams and external agencieswith operational rigor.

Main Responsibilities

​​Strategic Media Planning:Work with our media agency to ensure our media investments across traditional, digital and retail media are optimal to drive the maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.

​Consumer Journey Planning:Map and optimize the consumer journey to ensure seamless and engaging brand experiences across all touchpoints.

​Retail Media:Develop and execute strategic retail media campaigns to drive brand visibility and sales growth on online channels

​Measurement:Monitordigital and traditional media campaign performance to provide real-time recommendations to optimize effectiveness of our media investments

​Media Optimization: Drive efficiency and effectiveness:

Commerce :Lead performance media planning, negotiation, and execution to support the e-commerce team to drive GMV targets on e-retailers. Drive retail media effectiveness and efficiency by ensuring we invest media monies sufficiently to achieve optimal ROAS, excellent media metrics, and GMV. Ownership of the content development ecosystem for e-commerce campaigns - including on-site/offsite assets, affiliate marketing, livestreaming, etc.

​Data:Lead the first-party data agenda for Home Care ​

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

​​​At least 5 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a strong understanding of both digital and traditional media channels.

​Preferably from a media agency or holds a similar Media Lead role inthe client side. Ideally the candidate should have knowledge in home care and/or FMCG categories.

​Hands-on experience with media operations on platforms like Tiktok, Youtube, & Meta.

​Proven track record in driving media planning quality and execution excellence

​Experience in managing media agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of media plans.

​A passion for staying updated with the latest content and media trends & innovations

​Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

​Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed media decisions​
