Mercer is seeking candidates to join us as HCM Consultant in our Milan Office.

Mercer HR Transformation practice operates on the HRIS market and brings a depth knowledge to every HCM implementation and change management program that it supports. The expert team has years of experience leading clients through every aspect of the implementation lifecycle and process redesign, leading to optimal results.  

What can you expect:

In this role you will have the opportunity to work on HCM Projects for clients from various sectors and industries, and in particular you will:

• Develop deep expertise in the digital area;
•    Elaborate business case and technical evaluation for HR IT-system;
•    Analyse and revise current HR processes to more efficient ways of working;
•    Contribute to the design of a delivery model for their HR services;
•    Advise our clients on the design and implementation of HR transformation programmes  and help them to select the best HR information system that suits their needs;
•    Understand and map our clients’ end-to-end HR-process and collaborate closely with HR Advisory to propose improvements in the HR processes;
•    Implement our clients’ requirements into an HR IT-system and follow-up after the go-live data to respond to questions or concerns;
•    Execute project delivery in line with strategic direction from the project manager;
•    Lead the development of client ready reports and analysis, with minimal guidance;
•    Learn and adapt Mercer standard tools and methodologies;
•    Support the development of proposal of new client opportunities and support business and intellectual capital development;
•    Work closely with other Mercer practices in the HR consulting space.

Requirements:

•    2+ years’ HCM skills;
•    Preferred experience in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM projects;
•    Proven experience in HCM consulting companies or in a digital transformation manager role in a Corporate environment of a similar size/complexity;
•    Strong passion for innovation, process re-engineering, organization designing, analytics, performance evaluation, technology trends;
•    Strong organizational and communication skills to support the design, implement and coordinate development projects;
•    Strong results orientation and attention to details.
•    Energy and capability to manage multitasking and complex situations;
•    Italian at native level and English proficiency are a must.
