A member of Workday’s Professional Services organization, the Technical Consultant is passionate about the implementation of our cloud based Human Resources and Financial Management Systems. This role works closely with the customer’s project team to design, develop and deploy solutions for one or more of the following focal areas: Data Conversion, Functional, Reporting and Analytics.
The integration consultant develops solutions to synchronize data between Workday’s cloud-based software and external systems. This role partners with customer teams to gather design specifications, utilize workday development tools to build and deploy interfaces and integrations to/from Workday’s customers various upstream and downstream system. It will be your responsibility to manage large deliverables across a team of technical resources under your preview for that project(s) and ensure overall project success
About You
Basic Qualifications
Overall 6 to 10 years of Integration experience and ability to craft, develop, and deploy end to end integration.4 to 7 years of Workday ExperienceFunctional application experience in HCM domainExtensively worked on designing and developing EIB Inbound/Outbound integrations, Studio, Core connectors, Workday payroll Integrations, PECI and WECI integrations, Advance/Matrix/BIRT reporting, XSLT / XML, Web Services APIs.
Other Qualifications
Experience in end to end integrations testingOver 6 to 10 years of experience in a customer facing role implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft etc.Bachelors in Engineering and Master of Business in HR and Domain would be preferred.Ability to work in multiple time-zone projects and initiatives simultaneouslyOutstanding research skills and resourcefulness.Can work in a fast paced, fast-growth, high-energy environment and deal with multiple high priority activities concurrently.Phenomenal teammate who can collaborate and communicate successfully with all partners; i.e. developers, technical operations, and customers.Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
