MUST HAVE strong understanding of US payroll legislation and regulations. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with payroll and Human Resource laws, staying updated on legislative changes, writing product requirements, and associated use cases, and working with engineering to deliver the same. You will also be responsible for executing product strategies tailored to the US market and ensuring the success of our products in the United States.  This is accomplished by collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to drive the development of our Human Resources and Payroll solution. 

You will be involved in all phases of the product lifecycle, from researching business problems and making decisions on daily development tasks to release-related activities. You will also be responsible for juggling long-term product priorities and short-term customer needs and defects.
