Overview
HCM Analyst to work out of our Home Office in Louisville, KY

How you Will make a difference
+ Engage with stakeholders to address immediate support requests.
+ Assess current HCM related processes to identify opportunities to apply best practices, improve efficiencies, and enable stakeholders to make maximum use of HCM system functionality.
+ Support coordination of changes and product modifications ensuring all HCM systems are maintained and functioning to their fullest capacity.
+ This includes all aspects of planning/implementation/management of software platforms used in the organization’s HCM strategy.
What you Need to make a Difference
+ 2+ years HCM related system/configuration support experience, working with stakeholders to respond to requests for assistance, troubleshoot system issues, and identify solutions with minimal guidance.
+ Emphasis on Payroll/HR support
+ Hands on report creation experience
+ General understanding of data relationships
+ SQL knowledge preferred
+ UltiPro experience helpful
+ Experience supporting/troubleshooting integrations between core HCM and other internal/external platforms.
+ Strong background in HCM system support, additional operational and HR experience preferred.
+ Strong training and presentation skills and ability to deliver for various audiences.
+ Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
+ Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data, including salary information.
+ Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
+ Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
