Summary and Role Information: 

 

For this role we are looking for passionate people with excellent technical and communication skill.
As a Business Processes Senior Consultant, you will analyze SAP solutions for our international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. 

This role provides you opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments.  

Consultant will provide guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases to ensure a successful SAP SuccessFactors & HCM implementation project:
•    In Explore and Realize phases, consultant will conduct interviews to understand business processes design and provide recommendations to stick to SAP Best Practices and SAP standard.
•    Propose recommendations to optimize and improve business processes in Deploy phase.
•    Support customer to address issues reported during Run and operation phases.
•    Support business processes continuous improvement once customer is operating SAP SF.

To meet the challenging requirements, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical skills. You should also be creative, open minded and possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details.

 

Experience: 

 

WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation experience is mandatory.
• Implementation experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors. Minimum implementation experience in one SAP HCM module such as Payroll, Employee Central Payroll, Personal Administration, Organizational Management, and in one SAP SuccessFactors module such as Employee Central, Recruiting Management, etc.
• Configuration of SF integration Addon in SAP HCM.
• ABAP optimization in SAP HCM highly desirable. 
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration techniques.


EDUCATION, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, science or engineering.
• Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, C++).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Spanish – Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
English – Proficient in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
Portuguese – desirable, not mandatory
