Job Summary:
To oversee operation and maintenance of various audio-visual equipment and systems, as well as videography and photography support for events such as graduations, awards ceremonies, conferences, and live-streaming productions. Coordinates and performs daily office operations to provide excellent customer service to our UTMB clients. The position requires strong customer service skills. Energetic, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ability to load and deliver equipment including posterboards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Customer service liaison, ensure prompt and efficient responses to customer requests Capture high-quality video and/or photography of the event Set up and maintain video and photography equipment Collaborate with the production team to ensure all important moments are captured Maintain a high level of creativity and attention to detail throughout the event Pre-test set up, and operate the following equipment: LCP projector, computer, audio/visual accessories, and standard Microsoft Office software Performs related duties as requiredAdditional Support:
Deliver and/or retrieves materials as instructed Assist production staff as needed
Required Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience.
Working Environment:
Standard office and event production environment
Continuous reaching, standing and moving.
Ability to move and lift up to 30 lbs.
