Job Duties:

Staffing and Scheduling. Interacting with client families and field staff Interviewing potential employees Matching caregivers to clients Troubleshooting problems and providing resolution Ability to handle a multi-line phone system Highly Organized & Detail Oriented Available to cover shifts and assist with admissions when needed

Experience Needed:

Experience in working with special needs kids and their families. Scheduling and care coordination experience preferred. Staff management experience preferred. Past experience in a medical field preferred. Prior management experience preferred.
