Job Description• Market Intelligence for HD e-Axle(Analyze market trend via customer information, competitor activities,
price information etc.)
• Customer account management incl. customer strategy analysis especially link to HD eAxle related
business
• Customer management(Establish and maintain relationship network with target customer in all related
departments)incl. Man mapping.
• Customer requirement analysis incl. HD e-Axle technical, quality, logistics, customer norms
• HD e-Axle business development and project acquisition
• Coordinate commercial conditions.
• Preparation of quotations & customer contracts
• Customer HD e-Axle project management till SOP
• Customer satisfaction maintenance
• Follow-up of HD e-Axle delivery, turnover, and account receivables
• Coordination HD e-Axle sales planning and forecast
• Master or bachelor degree in automation, electric motor, electrical & electronic engineering major.
• HCV market understanding preferred.
• Electrification knowledge preferred.
• Sensitive in business chance at customers.
• Command of English language in verbal communication and writing.
• Willingness to work customer-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
