In close collaboration with various cross functional teams and stakeholders, you will be responsible for developing and scaling out the business capability to effectively identify and minimize risks and uncertainties in Non-Conformance (NCR) /Warranty (SN)/Fleet Program cost estimates while ensuring safety and quality of GE Vernova products and services. Roles and Responsibilities
Establish, improve, and streamline business process capability in estimating total cost of onsite remedial work/activities enabling the project/site team to accurately and timely estimate and roll up costs for funding request.Optimize and lean cost management workstreams across all GSIM teams – Top Fleet Issues, Warranty (SN), Non-Conformance (NCR) by driving transparency, seamless integration of processes and tools, and adherence to the standard work and policiesDrive cost management process rigorously to align the actual spend with the approved budget.Conduct and lead daily management of cost monitoring and early detection for potential cost leakages in collaboration with the cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Finance, PMO, FieldCore, C&C) to achieve L1/2/3 bowler KPI’s.Define, implement, and operationalize the standard work to maintain and drive continuous improvement on the cost management process related to the onsite remedial work/activities.Identify business opportunities and lead PSR’s/lean workouts to solve complex problems and drive operational excellence across GSIM workstreams.Establish the lean roadmap and drive the operating rhythm to ensure that GSIM priorities and goals are met and delivered. Shape, manage, and execute key strategic projects related to quality & cost.Communicate context, plans, programs, and progress to senior leadership, stakeholders, and to the organization on a regular basis.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university or similar or relevant studies or experience.Significant experience in a technical Project or Program Manager role.Significant experience with project/product costing.Desired Characteristics

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on March 24th, 2025, or thereafter.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
