Job Description Highlights:

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Compensation: $18 - $21 Hourly

Role Scope and Requirements:

The Head Coach manages the day-to-day soccer training operations of the TOCA performance center. The position oversees the daily needs of the center by having a pulse on trainer/player development, client acquisition, and is responsible for all aspects of session quality, coach recruitment and every client's experience, under the guidance of the TOCA Training leadership team.

Use daily, weekly, and/or monthly data tools to analyze and understand the center, trainers, and clientsSupervise Trainers together with the General Manager and review their performance, session quality, and development. Ensure TOCA Training is operating according to the TOCA way, mission, vision and values. Assist with training sessions as needed (hourly in studio commitment could vary seasonally or depending on staff needs)Primary focus on new client player assessment/introduction to TOCAForecast any foreseeable issues, changes or needs.  Create opportunities for all players to train, develop and enjoy the game.  Work with the General Manager to recruit and hire quality coaches to ensure that all players have quality leadership and training.Continual education and mentorship of coaches to learn the TOCA way.Foster and manage relationships with soccer clubs, school and community programs with support of Regional Leadership.Facilitate individual and team meetings to discuss performance, training expectations, course updates and new technology.Machine/Equipment Maintenance in conjunction with the General ManagerOversee trainers' schedule as it lends to the needs of the center
