Head Coach (Store Manager) - Nike, Westgate
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** As a **Head Coach (Department Manager)** for our **Westgate Store** , you’re the face of NIKE. You lead the charge of ensuring your team makes positive moments, has fun, and feels like they are a part of something bigger. Reporting to our Regional Manager, you will: **Lead:** drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life **Coach:** provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team. You will be involved in hiring top talent, training, performance management, as well as succession and career planning **Drive:** assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential **Inspire** : care about the team and, most importantly, have fun! **WHAT YOU BRING:** • A passion for the Nike brand • Area Management or Multi-Site experience from a large retail or hospitality environment, or experience leading large teams (40+ employees) • The ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teams • Strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skills • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Sound computer proficiency **WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?** • At Nike we believe in human potential.
