Lead the development and implementation of robust contract and commercial strategies for infrastructure and roads projects, aligning with Adani's business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the end-to-end management of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and administration, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and project teams to mitigate commercial risks and resolve contractual disputes effectively.
Drive strategic vendor partnerships and supplier relationships to optimize commercial terms, pricing, and performance across infrastructure projects.
Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the delivery of key milestones within set timelines and budgets.
Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, budgetary controls, and cost management strategies to optimize project profitability and financial performance.
Conduct regular reviews and analysis of commercial data, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Ensure adherence to ethical and compliance standards, promoting a culture of integrity and transparency within all commercial and contractual activities.
Education Qualification
B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant discipline (preferred).
Experience
Minimum of 20 years of experience in contract management and commercial operations within the Infrastructure and Roads industry.
Demonstrated track record of successfully leading commercial negotiations, managing contracts, and implementing effective risk management strategies.
Proven experience in overseeing the financial aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
