VCA Advanced Veterinary Care Center is seeking a full-time Head Client Service Representative to join our evening team!
Our Hospital:
VCA Advanced Veterinary Care Center, located in Fishers, IN, is open 24/7, 365 days a year, and provides a wide range of specialty, critical care and emergency services. Our services and medical equipment mirror what one would find at a human medical center. We offer a team approach to veterinary medicine where specialists work together to provide the most advanced care possible for every patient utilizing the newest diagnostic equipment and therapeutic techniques.

At VCA Advanced Veterinary Care Center, our Client Service Representatives are crucial in building and maintaining trust and confidence with each client. They are the backbone of the hospital and responsible for ensuring its smooth operation.
Providing an excellent customer experience to every client that enters our facility. Includes greeting visitors, answering telephones, and assisting clients throughout their visitScheduling and confirming appointments Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments and assisting with credit applicationsAnswering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on non-medical pet careManaging medical records, charts, reports and correspondence Assist with keeping facility clean and organized at all timesProvide feedback to management and challenge processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.Partner with CSR Supervisor to clarify client complaints.Directing workflow on the floor.Assisting in finding coverage for call-outs.Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3+ years of customer service experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointCompassion for pets and people—as well as awareness and understanding of others’ reactionsThe ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and be exposed to hazards associated with pets such as allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and animal wasteSchedule:
Evening hours and rotating weekends. Schedule will be coordinated by the CSR Supervisor.VCA adds value to your compensation package with the following:
