Lead multiple Precast projects and a team of qualified Engineers, Detailers, Modelers, and Draftsmen Manage the entire structural design lifecycle from concept to completion and As-Built Work on Precast design projects and manage the preparation of drawings & documents in an efficient and timely manner Perform finite element modelling of various design elements involved in precast construction for both permanent and temporary design Conduct micro level modelling and analysis of connections, moulds, lifting devices to explore value engineering Contribute to research and development related to precast and its application Design projects from inception to completion, including Foundation, Superstructure, Connections, Structural and Non-Structural Components Ensure proficiency in digital design tools i.e. CONSICE BEAM, RAPT, ADAPT etc. Lead and manage the design and engineering team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of precast projects. Oversee all design requirements including BIM systems and keep updated with new innovative systems from time to time. Oversee the development of precast products from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and project management to drive continuous improvement and innovation in precast design and engineering Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex design and engineering challenges Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all design and engineering activities Develop and implement design and engineering best practices to optimize processes and enhance productivity Develop and implement robust quality system procedures in co-ordination with document management systems.

Education Qualification

BE in Civil Engineering or BE in Mechanical Engineering Postgraduate in Structural Engineering

Certification

Certification in advance structural analytical tools or any other but relevant certifications are a plus

Technical Skills

Proficiency in structural design for Industrial, Commercial, Residential and Infrastructure projects Extensive experience in precast construction Advanced knowledge of finite element modelling Expertise in mathematical modelling and analysis Strong understanding of connections, moulds, and lifting devices Robust experience in Foundation, Superstructure design Proficiency in digital design tools - CONSICE BEAM, RAPT, ADAPT Knowledge and understanding on Indian Design Codes as well as international codes.
