Experience

18-22 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on financial analysis and analytics. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing finance analytics teams in a complex and dynamic business environment. Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives through data-driven insights and financial modeling. Experience in developing and implementing financial reporting systems and tools. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.

Education Qualification

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Certification Required

Professional certification such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is highly desirable.
