The Head of Marketing Operations will lead and manage high-impact commercial marketing projects for the Company’s Science & Lab Solutions (SLS) Commercial business, ensuring the execution from initiation to completion in alignment with strategic objectives. This role focuses on process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and implementing best practices to enhance product availability and support business growth. The role will focus on promoting cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clear communication of insights and strategic updates, and utilizing advanced tools and technologies to achieve impactful outcomes that align with organizational goals.

 

This role is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Regional Marketing Head, Science & Lab Solutions Commercial APeC.

 

Your Role

Foster strong and effective collaboration with diverse regional teams, including commercial, franchise, value chain, and supply chain.Analyze sales data, website performance metrics, and inventory levels to deliver actionable insights, improve marketing program outcomes, and optimize customer engagement and ROI.Align demand forecasting with customer needs, marketing campaigns, and sales priorities to ensure product availability and seamless market fulfillment.Optimize product enablement processes and ensure saleability through system and process enhancements.Drive digital transformation initiatives utilizing AI and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.Maintain data accuracy, resolve process issues, and oversee initiatives such as aged inventory liquidation to maximize resource utilization.Lead operational reporting and business continuity planning, regularly updating stakeholders on progress and objectives.Manage high-impact commercial projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. 

Who You Are:

A minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing Operations.At least a Master’s degree in business, marketing or related field.Proficient in utilizing ERP systems, Salesforce, Tableau, and Palantir.Solid business acumen.Advanced data analytical skillsProven project management skills.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Solid business acumen.Experience in ERP & data management.
