What the day will look like As a senior leader in the Human Capital Solutions organisation for Aon drive client and commercial success through delivery of cutting-edge advisory and thought leadership across industries. Responsible for advisory revenue across lines which include (not limited to) organisation design and workforce planning, job architecture, succession planning, sales force effectiveness, total rewards. This role has the potential to be a team leader or individual contributor role, will be expected to contribute to IP and thought leadership development, capability building and knowledge management. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Extensive years of human capital experience of which 50% in a professional services environment + Good grasp of the Southeast Asian market and client needs + Ability to roll up sleeves, conceptualise and execute.
